1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoloCanva ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoloCanva is a project management tool designed for solo founders to organize ideas, generate action plans, and track progress using AI-powered features. The Service includes but is not limited to:

  • Project creation and management
  • AI-powered question generation and understanding sessions
  • Work area (bucket) organization
  • Action item generation and tracking
  • Daily brief generation

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including questions, work areas, actions, and briefs. You understand that:

  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content
  • AI features are subject to rate limits and availability

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SoloCanva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOCANVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
